Dinner at Restaurant 1897 is a euphoria in just being present. Dishes are served that let the ingredients do the talking, and wine glasses are filled without stress. Perhaps the evening in Malm Vinbar ends with another glass and planning for tomorrow - or just silence, with one hand inside another.

Saturday - discoveries and relaxation
Breakfast arrives when you're ready. The coffee is strong, the conversation soft, and the plans flexible. Lunch at Skanckebua will energize you for the afternoon, before our spa beckons. Here, between warm water and quiet hours, you'll find the tranquillity that comes when body and soul finally let go. The evening belongs to Peder Hiort Mathus - a relaxed atmosphere, good food and the feeling of having the whole evening ahead of you. No one waiting, no one calling, just the two of you and the opportunity to let the conversation find its own rhythm.

Sunday - when the weekend won't end
The last morning is stretched out as long as possible. Coffee and breakfast blend into lunch, and you take one last stroll through the streets - this time to take all the photos you regretted not taking yesterday. A final cup of coffee in the library gives you time to reflect that this was exactly what you needed - time to breathe, time to see each other, time to be reminded of why you chose each other.
