Here, participants can retreat to the spa for a quiet hour, gather around a table in one of our restaurants, and continue the conversation over a drink in one of our four bars or in front of the fireplace in the lobby. When evening comes, the rooms are just a flight of stairs away - no transportation, no logistics, just calm and focus.

There is a special value in gathering the team outside the familiar confines of the office. Here, in the calm atmosphere of Bergstaden, the group stays together from morning to night. No one rushes off to other commitments, no one disappears in the middle of the process. The conversation that began during the meeting continues over the dinner table and into the evening. Easy accessibility

Despite the feeling of being far away from everyday life, Røros is surprisingly accessible. The train station is just 250 meters/3 minutes away on foot, and the airport only 4 km from the hotel. From both Oslo and Trondheim, you can quickly get to a place where time moves a little slower.

Larger events in collaboration with Verket Røros

For events that require more space than our own premises can offer, we have a close partnership with Verket Røros - just a 10-minute walk from the hotel. This allows us to handle large conferences, trade fairs and events.

• Can be divided into three separate areas of 1,210 sqm each

Exhibition area 2:

• Area: 1,300 sqm
• Exhibition area on 2 levels: 520 sqm

Capacity:

• Catering: 2,500 people
• Concerts: 2,500 people
• Total person capacity: 3,000 people
