“Peder Hiort Mathus” is located in the Bergmannsfløyen wing of the hotel, in the old Director’s House. This family restaurant offers a cozy and intimate atmosphere.

The premises are decorated with old items and photographs from the history of Røros and the mining community. Here, a varied menu is served with flavors that appeal to the whole family, in addition to a large pizza menu.

For the children, we have a completely separate children’s menu with good food, cool drinks, and fun activities they can enjoy during their restaurant visit.

Saturday: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Sunday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

The kitchen closes 1 hour before closing time, and pizza service ends 15 minutes before.
