Local food weekend
One weekend in October and two in November, you can experience local food weekend in Røros with ingredients from local borders.
Spread in a modern way, we mix the best of what the mountain offers, with elements from the intercontinental cuisine. Bergstadens Hotel takes you on a gastronomic tour of Norway’s local food capital.
We start the journey on Friday with an evening buffet that will feature the theme of the weekend.
On Saturday we will experience local producers closely, and tastings are served in authentic surroundings.
A 5-course gourmet dinner will be served in the evening at 19.00 in the restaurant.
