Conference in the heart of Røros
At Bergstadens Hotel, everything is set for a successful conference. We have four meeting rooms with a capacity of up to 120 participants in our largest room.
Since January 2018, there has been a major upgrade in the meeting rooms. Meeting rooms Bør Børson and Eli Sjursdotter have been equipped with 86-inch interactive TV screens, wireless connectivity, and Apple TV, in addition to the standard technical equipment expected in a meeting room nowadays.
Refreshments are served in our cozy reception area, which is located a short distance from all our meeting rooms. The reception area can also be used instead of breakout rooms, as we have several seating areas. Additionally, there is a coffee station and a charming fireplace.
We can tailor the entire program, from the professional agenda to food experiences and exciting activities.
